Know Your Rights
Dealing with the stress of a collision is hard enough without trying to figure out how your accident insurance works. Here are some answers to frequently-asked questions about insurance policies.
Will the insurance company guarantee your work?
We guarantee our own work, but the insurance company does not have the legal right to guarantee a third party's work.
Who pays for repairs?
It depends on the circumstances. If you were at fault, but have comprehensive or collision insurance, the insurance company would pay the costs minus your deductible. If the other party was at fault, their insurance company should pay.
Do I have to accept the insurance company's appraisal of damage?
No. Check the "Appraisal Clause" in your policy if you have differences with their appraisal. It allows you and the insurance company to gather an opinion from an appraiser you both agree upon, or a third-party "Umpire" if you cannot agree.
Do I have the right to a rental car?
If you have purchased rental car coverage and were not responsible for the accident, you may seek reimbursement from the insurance company or, if another driver was responsible for the accident, their insurance company.
If you do not have rental car coverage and were responsible for the accident, you have no grounds to ask for reimbursement. If the other driver was liable, you can generally seek reimbursement from their insurance company.

Nice service in my car.
Quick Lube Services, near Chantilly, VirginiaService staff are super friendly and informative. Advised me of what occurred and what needs to be done. Provided different solutions in a simple and easy matter. Convenience and accessibility are there. Will recommend and definitely come back again.
This is the best shop I have found for honest repairs and analysis. It's hard to find a shop to trust and this one has proven over and over to me that they are fair and honest. Recommended.
I recently got both inspections done for my van. The inspector got them both done under 20 mins. Amazingly fast and thorough.
This was my first time getting gas from this Shell gas station. I liked that it was not too busy and that it was clean upon close observation. It's a fairly medium sized business located off of route 50, close to quite a few shopping centers and eateries. The station store was opened for business and even the mechanic in site was wiring in a vehicle as I was filling up my car. I guess one of the things I noticed right away was the gas prices, which are much higher than most of the other gas stations in the vicinity, at least .40 cents higher the average for Plus and the other grades respectively. This price difference is probably why I don't frequently get gas here and ignore it. And it's kind of disappointing that the price is so high for a Shell station considering that a quarter of a mile on the opposite side of the road is another Shell with competitively lower prices. In any case, the reason I stopped here in the first place was GetUpside app suggested it for a .25 cent discount per gallon. Otherwise, I would've driven right past it like l normally would. Unfortunately, if this location's price remain high, I will not stop here again and I'm sure I'm not the only person who's price conscious these days. Overall, a very clean and well-maintained station with free gas pumps and a convenience store on the premises, but they lose points for noncompetitive prices. Just my opinion of course.
Great service, people there are super kind and professional... I recommended to my wife and my brother, they are just in love with the service. Definitely the fastest place in area to do your inspection and emission. Thank you so much guys!!
