I had an excellent experience with Chantilly Shell when I went in to get my oil changed using a Groupon a couple days ago. I called ahead and I did not need to make an appointment, so I took my car in around 9:00 a.m. They took me immediately, did my oil change and tire rotation, and I was out in less than 45 minutes! The customer service was excellent which is highly unusual for this type of place. I'll definitely be going back there for my oil changes as well as any car repairs I may need in the future. Highly recommend!

Each experience I’ve had at this shell has left me satisfied, as well as feeling seen and heard for all the issues I come across with my car. Not very often do I come across mechanics that won’t take advantage of me (a small girl who goes in alone) so it’s comforting to know that everyone here will take care of me. Matt was a big help in getting me my tire, making sure the process was smooth and done in a timely manner. He also keeps good company while waiting on your services ;) it sucks some people had a poor experience here because that is an issues I never ran into. Thank you all for your help and amazing work! Went in for new tires, alignment, and safety inspection. Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and in-person. He gave me an estimate of cost per tire and labor before I even brought my car in and gave me a list of tire choices. Matt answered each time I called and called me back to let me know the status of things. Everything took about 2 hours. I’m super pleased with the prompt response, customer service, and service in general. Will be coming back for future work done to my car.
