Each experience I’ve had at this shell has left me satisfied, as well as feeling seen and heard for all the issues I come across with my car. Not very often do I come across mechanics that won’t take advantage of me (a small girl who goes in alone) so it’s comforting to know that everyone here will take care of me. Matt was a big help in getting me my tire, making sure the process was smooth and done in a timely manner. He also keeps good company while waiting on your services ;) it sucks some people had a poor experience here because that is an issues I never ran into. Thank you all for your help and amazing work! Went in for new tires, alignment, and safety inspection. Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and in-person. He gave me an estimate of cost per tire and labor before I even brought my car in and gave me a list of tire choices. Matt answered each time I called and called me back to let me know the status of things. Everything took about 2 hours. I’m super pleased with the prompt response, customer service, and service in general. Will be coming back for future work done to my car.

First time i have used this location for service and was greeted by Matt, he assisted with getting my Ford Maverick in for brake servicing and was quoted the repair very competitively. The whole process was smooth and easy and will definitely be good back for all future maintenance on my vehicle!

Matt Rivas was very helpful and accommodative. Appreciate his willingness to complete the work on time without any appointment made. Also he check my tire where I guess was some issues and did not charge for that. I really recommend Matt and will go again there for any of my automotive repair needs.
